We have dedicated Project Managers with many years of experience within the Point of Sale industry.
A schedule will be supplied and agreed with the client prior to the project commencing and the PM will responsible for maintaining and updating the schedule on a daily basis.
Attention to detail is a key skill that our PM team possess and each individual installation photograph will be evaluated in great detail.
KPI’s will be supplied at the end of the project and we would expect a debrief meeting to discuss the success of the rollout and a Project Summary (SWOT) would be produced by the PM.
With experienced engineers throughout the UK we can have any site Surveyed within a space of hours. Whether it’s a one off Survey or working to a Survey Programme we can obtain specific information to ensure the design and installation elements go smoothly.

KK Installations offer both Reactive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance contracts.
Reactive Maintenance – We have a tiered structure and typically respond to calls within a 72x hour timeframe. Depending on the severity and potential H&S nature of the call we can respond within 12x hours using our regional engineers. With our Real Time Reporting System information, photographs and details of damage can be supplied instantly.
Preventative Maintenance – Our regional engineers will make regular visits to ensure the display is compliant. The engineers will be fully trained & have a full complement of spares to enable them to fault find and repair the display if required.
KK Installations have spent 10 years perfecting a model to deal with all types of merchandising. We have a network of experienced regional merchandisers which enables us to visit large numbers of stores in a short space of time – perfect for a tactical product launch.
Our Project Management Team are trained to work under pressure and have the organisational and problem solving skills to oversee merchandising updates of over a 1000 stores.
KK Installations offer a value added service for every project we undertake. It might be spending 5 minutes at the end of an installation. It might be cleaning the unit thoroughly or maybe taking 360 degree photos of the store to give our client a better feel for the installation.
KK Installations have a 20,000 square foot warehouse situated in Central England (Leicester) ideal for serving the whole of the UK. The warehouse is manned from 08:00 until 18:00 on a daily basis but during night installation programmes 24 hour access will be provided. We use a computerised stock inventory system and have pick, pack and despatch capabilities. We offer full load, pallet and parcel distribution across the UK & Europe. Multi Parcel deliveries can be despatched on a Next Day service with POD’s being supplied the next day.
